Grace Hardaker

Grace is a nationally award winning Property Manager known for her calm manner and service driven approach. She gained her Property Management experience in Christchurch where she worked for a well renowned business in the industry. Here, she learnt that Property Management is a people business at its core. Grace built strong rapports with her tenants, her property owners and her colleagues and this is the part that she enjoys most of the industry. 

Grace was raised in Wānaka, then lived in Auckland before settling in Christchurch for the past six years. The move home with her husband Alex was made in effort to be closer to family and friends, and to enjoy the lifestyle that those who call Wānaka home know all too well. 

For Grace, joining Ray White Wānaka was an easy transition; the team culture, support in personal development and overall professionalism being huge drawcards. She aims to provide a high standard of service, along with winning results, and is excited to contribute towards the success of Collective Property Management.
