68 Lismore Street Wanaka, Queenstown Lakes District

Here is a great opportunity to take over this existing established motel business. With 7 1/2 years remaining on the existing lease this is your chance to take on this business and reap the rewards. The hard work has been done with the current operators refurbishing and updating the 6 units. This motel arguably must sit in one of Wanaka's best viewpoints and is only a short walking distance down to the town. Price includes an extensive chattel list.
