Lake Hawea Queenstown Lakes District

Looking for a holiday crib for the next few years? Yes that price is right! Buy the buildings on leasehold land (lease $2645 plus rates $1231 per year) until August 2017 and have the potential to buy the land in the future. Very private and sheltered tucked behind a big hedge at the end of the road on a large section. Established trees and shrubs surround this one bedroom crib which opens out to a sunny deck and the kitchen/ bathroom block a few steps away. For an extra bedroom there's a small caravan and double garage on a concrete slab for the boat. Could do with a tidy up.
