The vendors have purchased another property and are starting to pack. Your kids will love growing up here with room to roam and a large paddock next door to have a pony or pet lambs. The home maker can have a few chooks and Dad can utilise it for practising his golf after tinkering away in the large workshop and shed. Enjoy the country feel and space from your neighbours on this 1.2 hectare (2.8 acres) block of land all fenced with gardens and trees. Throw open the large sliding doors to the magnificent mountain views from this large sunny open plan living area. This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has the bedrooms in two wings, ideal for home stays or extra guests, plus a double garage with internal access. A fabulous opportunity here!
