Find A Local Agent

A property move starts with people. Meet the Ray White Wānaka team and find the experience, communication style and practical support that fit your plans.

Choose your agent with confidence

Whether you are selling a family home, a holiday base, a section, lifestyle land or commercial property, start with a conversation about your specific property. Ask for comparable evidence, a clear campaign proposal and an explanation of who will do the work. We serve Wānaka and surrounding Upper Clutha communities from our Three Parks office.

What should you ask before appointing an agent?

  • Which recent sales are genuinely comparable, and why?
  • Who is the likely buyer for this property, and how will the campaign reach them?
  • What will the marketing cost, what is optional, and how will results be reported?
  • Who handles viewings, buyer enquiries, offers and communication while the lead agent is unavailable?
  • What sale method do you recommend, and what would make you change course?

Read the agency agreement carefully and obtain independent legal advice before signing. A clear conversation at the beginning makes the next steps easier.

Make your first conversation useful

Bring your timeframe, the title and any property documents you already have. Ask for a written appraisal with the comparable evidence explained, a marketing proposal with costs, a suggested sale method, and an agreed communication plan. Check the agency agreement carefully and get independent legal advice before signing.
