Josh is Kate Le Brun's husband and proudly plays a supporting role in her real estate career at Ray White Wanaka. He oversees operations, strategy and growth across a group of Wānaka-based businesses spanning education, property and business development and when the opportunity arose to bring that experience into the Ray White Wanaka team, he jumped at it.

Having built and operated businesses across multiple industries, he knows what separates a good business from a great one, what makes teams work, what makes businesses grow, and where the details that most people overlook actually matter. He brings that thinking into Ray White Wanaka to help the team operate at a level that genuinely stands apart in the Wānaka market.

Josh believes a business is only ever as good as its team, so that's where he puts his energy. In culture, in people, in systems, and in simply being present. His approach is straightforward: how you do anything is how you do everything. He's constantly looking to learn, grow and bring new thinking back into everything he's involved in.

Wānaka is home and has been for a long time. Josh is deeply connected to the community and the region, and that connection runs through everything he does professionally and personally. He's naturally social, genuinely enjoys meeting new people, and gets a lot from listening to their stories, sharing knowledge and learning from those around him. When he's not working, you'll find him on the squash court or at Highlands Motorsport Park.
