Duncan Good

Duncan Good is a licensed agent, auctioneer and partner at Ray White Wanaka whose work has included more than 600 sales, with a combined sales value exceeding $650 million. He brings that experience to helping homeowners, buyers and investors make confident property decisions across Wānaka and the Upper Clutha.

His achievements include Chairman’s Elite recognition in 2020/2021, 2021/2022, 2024/2025 and 2025/2026. For 2025/2026, that placed him in the top 1% of the international Ray White Group. This record builds on earlier Premier and Elite Performer recognition, alongside Ray White’s Customer Experience (NZ) recognition for 2016.

Duncan was also named Ray White’s New Zealand Auctioneer of the Year in 2024. He regularly tests his skills in national auctioneering competitions, and his experience includes live calls on The Block NZ. For sellers, his auction expertise is available throughout the campaign, from planning the marketing and discussing buyer interest through to negotiation and the final call on auction day.

Together with his wife Kelly Good and Sales Associate Harriet Gibson, Duncan forms The Goods. Residential sales are his specialty, complemented by experience in commercial and investment property. The team works with clients in Wānaka, Albert Town, Luggate and Hāwea, bringing local market knowledge and a coordinated approach to each campaign.
